ABOUT TRENT G. AND 777 Marketing

That's me Trent G. on the right, hanging with my golf buddies. I'm just a normal guy that has been in business for many years.

I grew up in N. Nevada (hence the 777MKTG.com theme) and started my first business with a frozen pizza route that the Tombstone owner showed me how to set up out of my parents' restaurant.  I had a lot of fun, made some decent money and played a lot of golf.

Then I went to golf school in Orlando, received my degree, got married to my high school sweetheart, had a few beautiful kids and opened a golf shop that I owned and operated for 15+ years. This is where I learned the trials~and~tribulations of the small business owner. The highs and lows of ownership were priceless!

After an unfortunate divorce, Las Vegas was my next stop in which a friend of mine got me a job selling timeshares on the LV strip. Talk about being thrown into a pack of wolves. I did make 10k in one week though :)

Somehow, (well not really) I was homeless in Vegas and scooted over to Tucson to stay with a golf buddy of mine. He assured me I had a job at this killer golf course and he had a room for me. Turned out he had a room, thank goodness, but no job was waiting. Would have been too easy, right? After a week or so of great golf I bumbled into an interesting Craigslist ad and decided to check it out. It was a direct sales position selling internet and TV door-to-door. I did not believe it was possible: people would actually talk to you, let alone buy from you. Turns out, I was instantly great at it and broke all the sales records. It was like an ATM machine and quite FUN!

So, I worked hard, moved up the management ranks, opened up new cities and built several teams in which I was paid overrides on the commissions. Life was good... built a house, bought a new Range Rover, ate out all the time, and traveled a bit. But, sadly (more like ARG!) the major service provider company cut-out the budget for our department and POOF - half of our growing company was on the streets! No pun - seriously not cool whatsoever!

I then started searching online for an opportunity to regain my freedom of independence back and somewhat quickly found my calling. Everything I had done in my past was all right in front of me. I did have to spend some serious time and money to get mentored by the best in the business, but it was so worth it. I still hang on to every word these two brilliant guys say.

The BOTTOM Line: I Help Small Business Owners WIN so they can live the lives they envisioned when they jumped in head first! Whether it was last week or 2 decades ago, we all know it's not easy. But, with an abundance of leads that you can turn into sales... it's a whole lot more fun!
